TERMS OF SALE

1. Scope These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on farnoo.fr. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms comply with French consumer law (Code de la consommation) and applicable EU regulations.

2. Orders All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Farnoo. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include French VAT (TVA) at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are secure and processed via Shopify Payments.

5. Delivery We ship to France and other EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de rétractation) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing before the deadline. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Returns and Refunds Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Warranties All products sold by Farnoo. benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) for 2 years from delivery, as required by French law.

10. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find an amicable solution. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. French courts have jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.
