Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

Delivery within Metropolitan France
Standard Delivery (Colissimo / La Poste): 3–5 business days
Free delivery on orders over €200

Delivery within Europe (EU)
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on the destination country
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

International Delivery (outside the EU)
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
Customs duties and local taxes may apply upon receipt — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient

Order Tracking A tracking link will be sent to you by email. You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website.
